As an interior designer, Pamela’s main focus is serving the customer and their vision of what “home” means to them. Pamela works on projects of all sizes, from complete design services for multi-million dollar houses to simply helping clients choose the perfect art and unique furnishings for their homes. After completing projects, her clients often tell her she seems like both a trusted advisor and a close friend! Pamela also takes on select commercial projects in addition to her residential design work, and finds helping people feel comfortable and happy in their office space is always rewarding.

Stephanie Belcher is from the sun-kissed landscapes of Orange County, California. Nestled amidst the vibrant culture and scenic beauty, she cultivated her passion for communication and design. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a knack for project management, Stephanie embarked on her professional journey, eventually becoming a prominent figure in the business world.
Driven by her love for coastal aesthetics and inspired by the allure of the ocean, Stephanie found herself drawn to the charming landscapes of Texas. It was here that she discovered her true calling at Decorum Home and Design, a beacon of creativity and sophistication in the Lone Star State.
While her heart may belong to coastal designs, her creative prowess knows no bounds, leaving an indelible mark on every project she tackles.

Madison Harrelson
Designer

As an Austin native, Madison is deeply invested in her community and strives to contribute to its growth and vibrancy.
